Terms and Conditions of Property Advisor Services

  1. Engagement of Property Advisory Services
    By engaging Newin & Co Property (referred to as “we” or “us”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement for property advisory services. These services include, but are not limited to, property research, investment advice, market analysis, negotiation support, and overall guidance in property acquisitions.
  2. Payment of Engagement Fee
    Upon entering into an agreement with Newin & Co Property, you will be required to pay an engagement fee, as outlined in the service contract. This fee is due upfront and covers all services provided by us during the advisory process.
  3. Money-Back Guarantee
    If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services within the first 4 weeks of engagement, we will provide a full refund of your engagement fee.
    To request a refund, you must contact us in writing within the 4-week period, outlining your concerns. We will review the situation and process your refund accordingly.
  4. Scope of Services
    Our property advisory services are provided based on the information available at the time of engagement. We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date advice; however, property markets and conditions may change, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including property prices or future market trends.
  5. Confidentiality
    All personal information and financial details shared with Newin & Co Property during the engagement will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing property advisory services.
  6. Termination of Agreement
    You may terminate the agreement with Newin & Co Property at any time, provided that the engagement fee is paid in full for services rendered up until the termination date. If you decide to terminate after the 4-week period but before the completion of services, no refund will be issued.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    Newin & Co Property will not be held liable for any financial loss or damage arising from property investment decisions made as a result of our advice. Our services are advisory in nature, and any property transactions or investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the client.
  8. Updates to Terms
    Newin & Co Property reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued engagement of our services will be subject to the updated terms.
